The First Ammendment

The 1st Ammendment:

Ensures that all citizens are treated equally. Federal and city governments can't create or in force laws based on an individual's gender, age, race, or religion.  It is unconstitutional for federal or city governments to be discriminatory to any individual,  as we all have the same rights.
